DOMENICHETTI and SCURATI in this album play some of the most famous airs from the MOUNTAIN area of Quattro Provinces (four districts in northern Italy). known an appreciated for the yard dances music.

A CD with a full flavor, which combines style and energy. Marco Domenichetti's fife and Daniele Scurati's accordion propose a classic sequence of Alexandrines and couple dances typical of the dance party. Two sung moments, "La bella növa", in the style of the fife song with the solo voice of Cesare Campanini, Marco Domenichetti's future companion in the musical journey, and an exciting choral "Splende la luna". Within a traditional framework, some brushstrokes already become revealing signs of episodes to come: the guitar of Alberto Graziani, Marco's future companion in the "Epinfrai", in the song "Correvo più di mie gambe"; and the presence of a piece composed by Marco ("Caprifoglio") later taken up in the Eyfo project. In the album booklet there is perhaps the most beautiful description of a dance party, the result of the pen of the journalist Emanuela Garampelli.
